Was ALREADY crap and now it's getting worse.

If you want to see a big-name movie, better be willing to shell out, because this theater won't show it in 2-D when they can get three bucks more, a choice made from pure greed. And when they DO deign to give us poor slobs a 2-D showing, they cram it in an extremely inconvenient time slot. Here's a tip, guys: people with astigmatism can't see 3-D effects and there are LOTS of us. This place only gets '1's because you don't allow for zero. Looks like I'll be relying on Frostwire when Star Wars 7 comes out...

talking back and very rude service.

Not too long ago me and my wife went to see a movie and the young native girl who was working at the time was helping us, we asked for tickets for a movie and told her what time, and my wife gave her , her scene card. But I told my wife I was close to a free movie so we asked to switch the cards. The young girl rolled her eyes at us, and then asked us what we want for combos, we answered her but then she took off to yell and talk with someone in the line that she knew. We were telling her what else we wanted along with the combo and she continued to ignore and talk with her friend. After all that we paid for everything and we were about to go and I asked my wife if she got the tickets, she said no. So I asked the young girl where are the tickets that we asked for? She replied very rudely nope you didn't told me you wanted tickets, I said yes it was the very first thing we asked for, nope you didn't, you never asked. And she was glaring at me and arguing with me and my wife in front of other costumers. It was so insulting and disrespectful I emailed customer service about this in hope that the manager would contact us about the situation and apologize about the rude service but nothing, the guy at customer service apologized to me when it wasn't his position to.

Whats the point of this theatre if you dont show movies

Only theater in town has multiple theaters but wont show movies such as entourage and straight outta compton?????!!!

Disgusted.

This theater the only one in town and is in dire need of major renovations. Probably the worst thing is that the seats feel that sticky soiled kind of dirty that makes you feel like you will need to take a shower after. Obviously the owners have long since depreciated off the CapEx of the theatre and are just trying to milk every cent they can.

Sad only choice

This theatre has a monopoly on Prince George and it is clear. This theatre over charges for its sub-par experience. Please please please Cineplex. Renovate this place

Appalling

A friend and I just got back and we're reviewing this. We don't review ANYTHING, so you know it's bad. Disgusting environment. If we had a black light, the seats would look radioactive.

Outdated and Unclean

Those washrooms smell disgusting, the main floor is almost always sticky, and the prices are just insanity. This is incredibly outdated, and not well kept. The only thing I enjoy about it is that the people working there are very nice more often than not. Still, it needs a makeover or needs to be replaced with a better one.

Consistently stupid movie offerings

It isn't enough for them to fill all their theatres with the dumbest selections Hollywood has to offer, they often have to double-dose us with "3-D" versions of movies that are definitely not improved by the 3-D. How about less 3-D, and more selections for the over-16 crowd?

Large popcorn layered with butter and bottomless pocket to pay

There is nothing like going to see a movie on the big screen. Sadly, I agree with a large majority of the reviewers. The FP 6 is dirty and not well kept. I do not believe that it is the cleaning people or the younglings that work there that are to blame. I think that this establishment's downfall is because of a management that is concerned only for their bottom line and their year end bonus. I challenge head office to contact me and we can talk about details. This place can do much better. Oh. I gave the concession three stars because of the younglings and not because of the concession. If that staff was not there, it would have received a 1 star.
