Ice Cream, Chocolate And Other Consolations
With the assistance of her friends Samuel and Judith, Suzie moves into a new apartment in Montreal. As soon as she is settled, she meets and sympathizes with her neighbor Jérémi, a seven-year-old kid with a violent father. Meanwhile, Suzie and Samuel's childhood friendship blooms into one of love. Things become difficult when she looses her job, but she continues on with her day as if nothing has changed.
