They are students or young parents, men and women, from different backgrounds. They are in their twenties and, for the most part, thirsty for new challenges, which led them to join the Canadian Armed Forces. For the next three months, they’ll spend their time on the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu military base and the outdoor camp of Farnham.
They will undergo intense training to decide their future within the institution. Physical and psychological discipline, personal hygiene and the respect of the hierarchy are among the many challenges of this career that they’ve chosen for themselves.
