WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

November 27, 2016

My son and I came to watch a movie that starts at 6:55 pm. We came at 6:15 and got in the Auditorium while they were still showing the same movie but it was the credits rolling on the screen. There wasn't a line up and we didn't even know that we should line up at the front since they didn't have an usher or anyone organizing it. So a cleaner came in and told us to line up just like everyone else meanwhile there wasn't s line up. He was very rude and very disrespectful with a condescending tone. I would like it if their district GM can contact me so they can better assist people and perhaps assign an usher if movies ate being shown that close to each other so ppl don't get confused and get disrespected by their staff.

sad changes for the worse

November 25, 2019

This was my go to movie theatre but no longer, cancellation of matinees to accommodate construction has gone on too long, food choices discriminate against anyone with any special dietary needs needs such a diabetics - no more sugar free yogurt since Yogen Fruz was changed to new concession - this theatre attracted many seniors who would have appreciated the choice. Unfortunately some of the concessions in the mall have also changed which reduces choices of food and beverage to that only available in the theatre - c'mon guys, bring back a decent movie going experience.

good location-older theatre

October 13, 2013

older theatre without stadium seating, but nice to be able to park in the building, and the location has restaurants.

Seating choices are terrible

November 11, 2019

Legroom in the VIP cinemas is insufficient and cramped, and the "prime seating" in other auditoriums are a stupid idea as the restrictions aren't enforced. As a result, anyone can sit in them. Why would anyone pay more for their seats when patrons beside them didn't?

Terrible Theatre

January 17, 2023

Saw top gun maverick in the VIP. Screen is 25 years old and the door let in the sound from the lobby of TV's on and people ordering from the concessions. The main auditorium seats are old and low and it smells of mildew. The bathrooms have super flushers so the floor is covered with water or worse. All in all my absolute last choice of a theatre. They had three years of covid to fix it up with the rest of the building and all they did was add concessions.

Bad experience

July 27, 2019

Had to pick a seat to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Hope this is not a new requirement. Just let people sit where available when enter theatre so they can decide based on whether tall person in front of them, talkative person behind them as I experienced throughout entire movie, etc. People were coming in late, turning on lights to find assigned seat, climbing over people, even though most of theatre was empty. Dumb idea, please stop or I’ll choose another theatre to go to movies. Ok to have a reserved small section but not as a requirement for all.

Worse chairs

December 16, 2017

Dec 16, 2017 The Shape of Water Seats not much smaller and much less comfortable comparing to the other VIPs. Much less leg room too, when people walked pass me to get to their seats, the space of the “walkway” was at least half a feet smaller than other VIPs! Also, it’s a theatre with only 20 seats, so the screen is proportionally much smaller like watching a movie at home with a home theatre system. The staff didn’t even close the theatre door when the credit started rolling when the movie started. One of the audience was nice enough to close the door for us. It’s ridiculous customer service! The good thing is the theatre validated the parking ticket to drop the parking fee from $20 to $3!
