disappointed

Booked party room for my grandaughter's 6th birthday back in March. Certainly didn't ask for 3D but we got stuck with that, were told it would be $3 extra per child, but charged $7 each. Will never book party there again, thanks Duane!!!!

Tims employees panicks when it gets busy

They have way too many staff doing one thing and still forget to do the order properly. As simple as adding sugar or even stirring the coffee. They need to be more organized or get better training.

Great experience!

Comfortable seats, lots of leg room, perfect viewing opportunity. Sit toward the back though first couple of rows would be awful. Wine was good so was the food. A tad expensive but we were worth it. Only thing that spoiled it was we had to wait in the cold (15 minutes) for the doors to open. Why we couldn't wait in the Lobby I don't understand. Not very VIPish to leave customers paying so much extra out in the cold! Mentioned it to a few staff but they were too young to understand. The wine helped to warm us up. Would go again....can't see myself going back to the other side. All adults was another bonus. Lots of 1st timers for VIP service today. It might have been good if the server showed us how the trays moved forward for optimal comfort. Get your 'Scene Card' People....helps with the cost.

Skip the popcorn

buy a small bag of popcorn, cuz it's the worst, not that's there's much choice to go any where else. VIP tickets at $25 is tough to take, with a couple of drinks and snacks in the VIP it's a $150 night..... That's about the cost of my cable bill for a month.

Overall a very enjoyable experience. It is quite nice having a restaurant like experience while watching the movie. The drinks are phenomenal. They could improve in the food delivery customer service as sometimes they do get ppl mixed up. Overall very good

All around a great new place to watch a movie and have a meal if you want. a bit expensive, but for the experience its worth it. VIP all the way

3D Movies

My 2 friends and I have been going to Queensway for years, at least twice a month and sometimes more depending on what is playing. However, for the last several months, you have been pushing the 3D version of movies so much, by scheduling the 2D at the most inconvenient times, that we may only go once a month (and often not at all). I know that the extra $3 you charge is a great cash grab, but you have also lost the revenue from 3 guys who buy popcorn and drinks on movie night.

Bad service by a service manager

Going to the movies I don't expect much service anyways, however the service manager named Tenzin T. made me realize what poor customer service looks like at a movie theatre. We asked for her help with our Scene rewards program, and instead of at least trying to be helpful she presented an offensive attitude, including hand gestures towards us. She also said "why do I have to apologize to you" when we asked if she could apologize for her disservice, via two of her colleagues. Again, I don't expect great customer service as I'm only there to watch the movie, but she truly dropped the bomb.
