Seats from hell

Every time I view a movie at this theatre it's a pain in the neck. The seats force you to sit at such a backwards angle that you have to force your head up to see the screen. What were they thinking when they filled the theatre with this kind of seating. Perhaps a monkey was involved in the decision.

Hearing loss

went to Dunkirk opening, had to leave the theatre because the Imaxx sound level was at dangerous levels. Never did get to see the movie

Dirty

The concession stand is filthy. The floor is covered with spilled popcorn every time I go there. Nobody picks up a broom to clean it ... ever. The broom and dust pan are right beside the pop corn machine but nobody thinks to sweep the place down. Nobody give as damn. The manager, assistant managers, the clerks, and everybody working there simply don't see the garbage they wade through. Rats, mice and vermin will never get out once they find the permanent buffet of pop corn and food from one end of the place to the other.

no family washrooms

I was very disappointed to say the least when a new theater is build without any family washrooms. We have taken my 16 year old son to the movies and he had to go to the bathroom we quickly came to realize that there were no family bathrooms. Unfortunately we were all girls with him on this occation and letting him go to the bathroom on his own is not a possibility because of safety concerns. We had to go to the very busy concession stand to get the manager and have her guard the bathrooms while we went in. What an embarrassment and a shame that this is still happening with NEW theaters.

Want to feel like a badly treated airline passenger? Visit theatre and get forced to pick a seat without seeing the theatre.

service is very poor 1 or 2 staff at concession to sell tickets and other items. have waited up to 15 min. and was 3rd in line. Why do I have to pick a seat and then get inside and lucky if a dozen people watching show.

Your customer service rep ftom the head office is a pompous ass. His attitude when explained the situation was less than amicable. He had an attitude right away. I wish I'd received his name. I accepted a phone call from him...insist on getting him to put it in writing. This way he cant deny his attitude if he dare put it in wtiting
