Tickets and guest services are always closed. Concessions should sell snacks and not tickets. The line is lonnggg. Never again. Go to Chinook.

Dirty!

Saw a late night movie last night. Went to use the upstairs bathroom before the movie, which was filthy and unstocked. The movie theater (HTTYD 2) was not cleaned from the last show… cups in the holders, popcorn and wrappers all over the floor. The movie was half an hour late. We actually made the effort to drive the extra way down to Empire Studios instead of busy Chinook – very disappointed.

Worst experience ever! Landmark is much worse than empire.

Parking was a nightmare. Concession line up an hour long. Customer service should be rated a neg but not possible. They refuse to take responsibility of their establishment blaming other companies when things aren't working and refuse to solve it. I wasted 30 min parking 30 min in box office line when sent there to be told I should call some number on a machine. I could go on but instead I will drive the 20 min to go elsewhere.

Less Salt Please!

So here's the thing. With too much salt in our diets and excess salt being a bad thing, why can't you designate 1 popcorn machine as "Low Salt". We go to your theatre every Saturday if a must see show is playing and there is usually 1 machine sitting unused. We also notice that the staff fills a scoop with kernels and another with the salt mixture. Why can't they, in that 1 machine, put in say, half the salt and place a big sign on it announcing "Low Salt". I wonder how popular that would be. Either it will be so successful that you will add a 2nd machine or it will not be and be taken away. Although less salt should cost less, I would be prepared to pay the same price or (and get this!) even a bit more! By the way, Chinook's popcorn seems to be less salty - perhaps you should inquire who their supplier is. It would be nice to hear back from you on this idea. On all other things, we love your theatre.

Worst in Calgary

Stood in line 30 min for popcorn, twice in the last three months. Worst managed theatre in Calgary. When I complained at the counter the 16 year old attendant said yeah people called in sick.... BS, this is normal at this theatre

A major disappointment

Don’t go here. The Manager David is a juvenile with a fear of losing his job over an expired discount coupon and wouldn’t honor it or apply any portion of it. Thanks for stealing my money Landmark. The so called Extra theater is falling apart. All seats are torn and worn out. Sadly the District Manager is letting this place fall apart. Cineplex here I come!

WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Line up for the concession is always so long, we arrived 30 mins before our movie and we still missed the beginning. When at the front of the line, staff were talking to each other instead of serving people (will explain the long wait). Seats super dirty. Just an all round terrible theater. Spend the extra 20 mins and drive to Chinook, trust me, its worth it.

Sesame Street at a 14+ Rated movie!

Experience was ruined by insensitive “ adults “ bringing their toddlers, and even an infant to the film. Theatre personnel need to be aware of disruptions to the viewing population as a whole!! It is not okay to have to listen to a 4 yr old babbling throughout the movie!

Poor customer service and safety

Tuesday night we started to watch the movie , then the power went off in the building. Our concerns are : NO EMERGENCY lights at all , no employees showed up to inform us what is going on , staff not trained how to handle an emergency. Then they ask you to leave ....... no discussion who to call to receive credit etc. Very poor safety practices and we they still got paid.
