In this premiere trailer for the new comedy The Boss, when her key employee Claire (Kristen Bell) asks for a raise, Michelle Darnell (Melissa McCarthy), the wealthiest woman in America with an ego to match, insults her. Later Michelle is arrested for insider trading and imprisoned. When her lawyer tells Michelle she's bankrupt and all her accounts have been frozen, Michelle orders Claire to get her a new lawyer. When Michelle gets out, she moves in with Claire and forms a girls' group called Darnell's Darlings to make money by having them sell brownies. She also teaches the girls to be aggressive and when they come across some Dandelions, a full out gang fight takes place.
