In the first official trailer for Swiss Army Man, Hank (Paul Dano), who has been stranded on a desert island for a long time, is about to hang himself when he spots a body washed up on shore. He believes the man to be dead, but drags him back to his camp anyway. When the corpse talks, Hank freaks out, unsure if he's hallucinating. Soon, he and the man become close friends.
