On her 40th birthday, Audrey (Alicia Silverstone) and her husband Ethan (Tom Everett Scott) travel to Long Island for her younger brother's wedding. Secrets are revealed prior to the wedding, and conflict begins between Audrey and her brother's fiancée, Clemence (Mathilde Olliver). Clearly, Audrey and Clemence don't get along, and their weekend is then filled with petty fights, to the point where Audrey's ex-boyfriend is invited to the wedding.
