In the third trailer for Sicario: Day of the Soldado, we learn the American government is adding Mexican drug cartels to their list of terrorist organizations. Agent Matt Gaver (Josh Brolin) wants to start a war between the cartels and asks his friend Alejandro Gillick (Benicio Del Toro) to help him with it. Their mission is successful and war ensues, but the two friends become enemies when Gillick has a change of heart. Gaver wishes him luck in going rogue and Gillick replies, “Luck doesn’t live on this side of the border.”
