Johnny (Leonardo Nam) is on his computer one night when he is greeted by a hacker, later receiving a call from them, as they are now controlling the electronics around him, threatening the safety of his life and those around them. Johnny is kidnapped and later finds himself and four other people strapped in chairs, subject to experimentation in a facility run by an insane doctor (Ross Partridge). They soon find out that they are part of a government program in figuring out how to weaponize fear in order to control the population. Literally scared for their lives, Johnny and the others try to escape the facility.
