In this trailer for Ordinary Days, when Cara Cook (Jacqueline Byers) doesn't show up for dinner one night, her mother Marie (Torri Higginson) begins to worry, while her father Rich (Richard Clarkin) tries to reassure her that Cara is an adult and entitled to her space and independence. When several days pass without word from Cara, Marie contacts the police. Detective Jonathan Brightbill (Michael Xavier) is sent to investigate. As days go on with no trace of Cara, her case looks to be connected to another disappearance case, leaving her parents spiralling.
