In the restricted trailer for Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) are planning to have a second child. They buy a new house in the suburbs, but the house they currently own has a 30 day hold on it while the buyers check out the neighborbood. Mac and Kelly soon find out that a sorority has moved in next door, led by Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) and they realize they have to get rid of them if they want the sale to go through. To help, they call in Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron), the sexy former frat boy who made their lives miserable in days gone by. When they get the girls' parents involved, it turns into an all-out war.
