The second trailer for the 2016 thriller Midnight Special finds a lot of people looking for Alton, a little boy with special powers. His father, Roy (Michael Shannon), tries to protect him, while his mother (Kirsten Dunst) questions whether Alton belongs with them. As a government agency tracks their whereabouts, Roy and Alton go on the run to keep the boy from being the subject of experiments.
