In the first trailer for Halloween, we learn Michael Myers has been in custody for 40 years after his murderous rampage Halloween night in 1978. The survivor of this attack, Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), has spent all these years training herself and reveals she often wished he would escape so she could kill him. On Halloween night, a bus carrying inmates crashes and Michael escapes, instantly picking up where he left off with a murder spree. He comes for Laurie, but this time she’s ready for him.
