In the official trailer for Fifty Shades Darker, we're taken back to the deep, complex and seductive relationship between Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson).
The trailer begins as a "Crazy in Love" cover by Miguel plays out. Various alluring images are featured, and the first line of dialogue belongs to Christian. He says, "Intrigued?" Shortly after, he and Anastasia dress up for a masquerade party, attend the extravagant event in stunning attire, and dance together. We see the pair renegotiate the terms of their relationship (A.K.A. their contract) and appear to carry out activities characteristic of a "conventional" couple.
But an ominous threat presents itself in the form of one of Christian's past submissives. Additionally, Kim Basinger makes her 50 Shades debut.
