In the official trailer for the movie Austin Found, a mother appears to be heartbroken because her daughter Patricia has been kidnapped. She is addressing the press while crying and holding a picture of her daughter. Jebidiah and Patricia are watching the news on television, and when she sees her mother, Patricia says, "That’s my mom!" As a police officer describes the two professional kidnappers, we see Jebidiah and another masked man playing Xbox and drinking beer with Patricia. The family begins to put up missing person posters, but we learn shortly after that Leanne’s daughter hasn’t actually been kidnapped. It's all a hoax to bring her attention and publicity.
