Horrible, way to comical and cartoonish, story line was beyond low budget, and Harrison Ford....well he was himself except hes almost a 100 now. Yeah I'm going to believe he'll take out the Russian Army!!!! and Aliens, c'mon we know when were desperate.

One of the BEST movies, if not the BEST movie of the year. And yes, dont' listen to any critics or any other opinions (including mine) about this movie. EVERYONE sees and experiences a movie in their own way. There is NO ONE on this planet or some so-called "critic" that can tell you what to think of a movie. Enjoy!

Great concept and story but no character developent at all the entire fill consits of rediculous Pirates of the Carribean scenes dragging on to 2hours without explanations or dialouge. But other than traditional film making being butcherd, this movie still holds the classic humour and action as the first instalment held. Also Harrison did a good and Shaio was good enough for a side-kick character, just not impressed with Speilberg and Lucas.

I would give this movie a 0 if I could... Save $10 bucks, don;t watch it in theatres, save $5 bucks, don't rent it either, save your time, don't watch it on TV. They had a plausible plot but messed up the movie big time. Thanks for wasting 20 years of my life waiting for this crap!!!

Lucas and Spielberg, you have disgraced archaeology and the entire Indy franchise. I would give this movie at least -5 stars if I could.

The movie was great not the best one in the quadrilogy but the story was amazing it makes you think what hell did people really worship back in the day its not first movie or book to talk about people worshiping aliens as gods they just did it indy style.

I am such a big fan of Indiana Jones but this episode looks like Spielberg tailored the film so Harrison Ford would look good while not get physical that much.

It was a good way to wrap up the series, although I didn't appreciate that the characters of the actors who didn't want to appear were dead. The main problem was that the bad "guy", Cate Blanchett, was completely unbelievable, and, to be honest, quite poorly portrayed, fake Russian accent and all. I wonder if Lucas could have come up with something better than an alien skull made of quartz after 19 years....

Great stunts....Indy style! Funny, totally brings you back to the first. The Alien thing, not so likeable but it cant be perfect. Go see it if you liked the first ones.

There was so much hype for this movie and it will be #1 at the box office but it was not as good as the first one. It did not have the same "WOW!" and magic as the first one. Iron Man still remains IMHO as this the best blockbuster this year. 2 Stars.

This installment of the Indiana Jones series was definately the hokiest of them all! Groundhogs? Monkeys? Fire Ants?...PLEASE! I have to give it to Harrison Ford though as he was spectacular reprising the title role. He moves extremely well for a guy 65 years young! Shia Lebouf was a big time disappointment looking both confused and unconvincing as the son. If the angle they have in mind for the future is to pass the torch to "Leboof", the franchise will surely tank sending the ship to the bottom of the ocean where it will surely remain....FOREVER!!! Bravo to Mr. Ford for making the most of his role, too bad for him his supporting cast sucked the big kahuna!

A word of advice for those that leave comments; perhaps you should use the grammar and spell check function in MS Word prior to posting your comment. I do not believe it is coincidental that those of you that have commented that the movie sucks appear to largely be unable to spell and/or write coherently. Obviously for the LITERATE individual who enjoys a good, solid fictional romp this is a good movie. For illiterate hacks I suppose the movie sucks as there is not the requisite blood, gore and profanity laden script you are accustomed to but to enjoy the movie perhaps you should have "stayed in school" as our protagonist, Indy, suggests.

People, this one is an absolute stinker. They just had to go and bugger this up as well. They ruined starwars, they ruined die hard and now this abomination. This is truly, well, for lack of a better word, shocking. This has done one thing very well though: Killed the Franchise. I cannot,in good conscience, recommend this movie to anyone. I walked out of the cinema thinking what an absolute disgrace to the franchise. I don't care how old Harrison is,I will watch his movies when he is 100 yrs old. The thing that wrecked it for me was the story. There wont be a fifth film after this load of.....

I loved it. It was very entertaining and in keeping with the rest of the series. Viewers who were not aware of the culture in North America during the 1950's would not comprehend some of the background of the story line. I felt that it had been worth waiting for!!!

Crazy Film ! This is what an adventure flick is all about. Captures the essence of earlier films and Harrison still Rocks. 2nd best of the series. All negative reviewers got their heads up their arse, they really must stop comparing each Indy film to Raiders ! Go get some popcorn, forget about all your worries and enjoy a real treat ! And for all you pretentious critics, reserve a room at your local geriatric ward because thats where you belong, you have all forgotten to have fun at the movies.

overall it was an entertaining movie, ill give it that much, and it was FUN as some others have put it. but aside from the entertainment, learn your history before seeing this movie, for me I felt they went way overboard and way to far fetched, which disappointed me in every way. but then again its a movie.... 3 stars people. raiders of the lost ark is the best one.

You just kill the Indiana Jones series.The story line sucK and the title was to weak. I think that they should change the title Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull to Indiana Jones and the Lost City of Atlantis with good line story. This would be the best sequel ever with Sean Connery and Harrison Ford.

What can I say? I wait 19 years for another indiana jones, and it wasn't all that good. Mostly thanks to that shia labooof kid, he was horrible for this movie, even if he was supposed to be his son, I could think of a dozen other actors who would have been more suitable to pass the indiana torch to. A few good scenes at the very beginning and at the very end, other than that, it SUCKED!

Brings back Fun in FILM. Anyone who rates this movie poorly, must have been to way too many screenings of SPEEDRACER and had their senses dulled. People ! Indiana Jones is meant to be FUN ! The filmakers had wanted to make a film that had the feeling of a 1950's matinee movie, and thats exactly what it did. If you enjoyed the last 3, GO WATCH it, you won't be disapointed.
