Ok movie. Salman, Amitabh and Rani are great but the movie itself is very slow with a story what would have worked in the 80`s. As India has become very westernized, widows remarrying is not a cultural taboo anymore.John is boring with hardly any emotion. Especially in the scene where Amitabh approaches him about marrying Rani. He doesn`t seem surprised or even phased by the request. Save your money, i`m sure ur indian store has a dvd u can rent :)

This movie is excellent because of the dances, story and also teaches us (Indian Family) how to treat daughter-in-law fairly in spite of our traditions. Take lots of tissues and enjoy this movie with your love ones.

One of those movies that you`ll either love or hate. Definitely more artsy and slower than most others, but beautifully shot and sends a message about the way our society has become. I believe that it can be best described a movie about how humans globally are connected at a moment in time. If you`re into blockbuster movies, not your movie to see.

I liked the part with the guy and he drank some beer and then his daughter in law had red wine but she didn`t like it `cause it wuz not real red wine it was jus pretend. Bruce`s favorite part was when he got gas and didn`t pay for it.
