In this first trailer for Asbury Park: Riot Redemption Rock N' Roll, we are introduced to, and educated about, the seaside resort that served as a launching pad for the Jersey sound of music. However, part of the history of Asbury Park includes the race riot in 1970 that saw buildings burned down and a city left in disaster. As one of the few businesses remaining, The Stone Pony served as main attraction for Asbury Park, which saw music legends such as Bruce Springsteen, Southside Johnny, Little Steven and others helping bring life back to the city. Their music helped unite the people of Asbury Park and fix what was left broken.
