Their leader Robin decides to turn their dream into a reality. All he has to do is get the hottest director in Hollywood to take a look at them.

The Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, determined to make it big. But when the group runs into a supervillain and uncover his maniacal plan to take over the Earth, things take a very different turn.
