The trailer for Brad's Status begins with Brad Sloan (Ben Stiller) realizing that his son Troy (Austin Abrams) is growing up. Next, we see Brad and Troy heading off to look at colleges. The experience leads Brad to reminisce about his college friends and how successful they are, which leads him to worry about Brad's future. Luckily, Brad seems to be very self-assured, so much so that he seems to be the one taking care of his father.
