In this first trailer for director James Mangold's Ford v Ferrari, we meet driver Ken Miles (Christian Bale) out on a runway with his son describing the perfect lap. Elsewhere, Lee Iacocca (Jon Bernthal) recruits Carroll Shelby (Matt Damon) to build and design a new car for Henry Ford II (Tracy Letts) to challenge, race, and beat Ferrari in the upcoming 24 Hours of Le Mans. With conflicting personalities, corporate interference, and engineering challenges in their way, Miles and Shelby must push themselves to the limit in creating a revolutionary new vehicle.
