Yeh Mera India tells the story of one day in the life of 15 people from different strata of Mumbai, a city that is a melting pot of cultures. They all start the day with a goal in mind but surprisingly end up achieving exactly the opposite, giving the film a feel of Greek tragedy, of the futility of human efforts in the face of the inevitable destiny that lies ahead.
