Wannabe mobster Thomas Greco (Vincent Piazza) wants to earn the respect of the Mafia. He attends John Gotti's trial, but his antics leave the gangsters cold. Thomas teams up with Rose (Patricia Arquette), an older woman who encourages his aspirations. He decides to rob the gangsters he wants to impress.
