Lali Sarkaria and his goons rule Amritsar, a holy city for Punjabis. A villager named Punjab Singh enters the holy city to make a living. But a tragic event changes him, and he decides to rid the city of Lali Sarkaria and his men. Meanwhile, an honest cop tries to maintain law and order in the city.
