Noma: My Perfect Storm
When word of chef René Redzepi's free-associative menu of Nordic-based cooking at the Copenhagen restaurant Noma began to spread, it eventually wound up on Pelegrino's famed 50 Best Restaurants list.
This inspired director Pierre Deschamps to spend 33 months filming the busy restaurant and staff. When they have an outbreak of food poisoning, Redzepi and his assistants find themselves questioning their priorities and seeking to rediscover their joy.
