Jack the Chimpanzee is once again on the ice as he has been drafted to the ZHL hockey league. It isn't long before Jack proves his worth to his new teammates, the Seattle Simians. But the team's archrivals, the Car Jackers, have their own ideas about Jack and decide to have him thrown out of the league.

Now alone in a big city, Jack will have to depend on a homeless boy named Ben who loves skateboarding and dreams of winning the grand prize at an amateur skateboarding competition.
