Box office success begets sequels and the comely "I Know" horror crew is back for more bloodshed as their pasts catch up with them. This time the mayhem takes place during a Caribbean vacation the Jennifer Love Hewitt character has taken to get over her memories of gore.
Problems ensue when Hewitt and pals run into a fisherman who "knows" and is hooked on doing them harm.
