Happy Texas
In the sleepy town of Happy, Texas, the biggest event is the annual Little Miss Fresh-Squeezed Beauty Pageant. Unfortunately, this year community support is waning. If there is any hope of making it to the state finals, it's time to bring out the big guns: a famous gay couple, who are hired to direct the show.
In awe of these "professionals," no one in town notices that the "boys" are actually escapees from a West Texas chain gang, who have unwittingly rolled into town in a stolen RV, stocked mysteriously with a sewing machine, spandex, and sequins.
With the Texas Rangers hot on their trail and the local bank just ripe for the picking, it seems the perfect place to bite the bullet, lay low, and get down to the business at hand putting on a pageant.
