When someone spray paints phallic images on 27 faculty cars in the staff parking lot at Hanover High School, everyone immediately believes it was Dylan Maxwell (Jimmy Tatro). Why? Because he's a known and admitted dick drawer. 

However, Dylan, who wants to get a degree in engineering one day, vehemently denies doing it. Classmate Peter Maldonado (Tylver Alvarez) believes him and wants to clear him.
