While Sailor fights to earn enough money to send his dying mother (Sheila McCarthy) on a final trip to Ireland, King, a former drug user and porn film actor, needs money to start a new life with his pregnant wife (Jenessa Grant). During the brutal and bloody fight, they realize, whether win or lose, they'll need each other to make it through.
