Comfy seats don't make up for the poor customer service that you would expect from a "VIP experience"

We arrived to the theatre half an hour before the show so that we could order food in the VIP theatre and have a chance to enjoy the food before the theatre went dark and the movie started. We had a coupon for a free appetizer which seemed to be the cause of our issues that evening. We ordered food from our seats but the server was having problems with the coupon. She left to fix the issue. About 20 minutes later another server came to see us and confirmed our order. By this time, all of the others around us had ordered food and drinks (after us), received their food, and had time to eat it. When we expressed our concerns about the customer service we were simply told "Im sorry". We received all of our food at once - the appetizer did not come first, as requested. As well, our appetizer plus two meals arrived within just a few minutes of the movie starting, thus the theatre being completely dark - despite us having originally ordered half an hour earlier. The theatre wasn't even half full so I couldn't imagine trying to order anything in a timely matter when the theatre is busy. There are many ways that this situation could have been avoided. We were unhappy with this experience, especially the lack of interest from the staff in providing satisfactory customer service. Otherwise, the facilities were clean, the seats comfortable, but parking always a challenge.

Many times visiting this theatre, without any problems. Now suddenly, in a parking lot attached to the theatre, Impark are putting 'unpaid parking fee' tickets on the car windows. There are no gates, barriers, signs or machines and certainly no little man in a glass box waiting to take your money for parking. Don't go there!

Last night we went to watch a movie and since I had the points I was hoping to save more money and wanted to redeem points for the Free movie snacks but was told I could not. Redeem SCENE points for FREE movie snacks! SCENE members: Did you know you can redeem SCENE points for FREE movie snacks? Just redeem 1,000 pts for a FREE Large Popcorn & Large Fountain Drink! REDEEM IT IN THEATRE From 1,000 pts Once in the theatre the lights were on directly above us throughout the 3 D trailers, which made it hard to look at the screen and destroyed the 3 D effect. All in all it was a lousy experience!
Do not bring any bags to this theatre

This theatre will not let you in unless you show them the entire contents of your bag. Total invasion of privacy. Insulting, and manager was rude. Very unfortunate. Not recommended.
If you want to be assaulted, go!

Panhandlers are aggressive standing outside the theatre. If you say no to giving them money, they get in your face. People are stabbed in BROAD DAY LIGHT.
