Really Good Theater
January 25, 2018
Really Good Theater with all facilities.
Awesome sound. I think the seats rumbled when the starships fired at one another

Extremely noisy and uncomfortable chairs!
September 16, 2017
Why chairs in the auditorium #14 are making loud noise when people are moving in the sits? Please fix the springs in the back of the chairs in auditorium #14. The chairs may only squeak when you lean back, which is usually caused by too much tension where the spring's ends rub on the housing ends. To fix this, apply oil to the seat tension spring located inside the turn-knob housing.
Most uncomfortable seats of any major theater chain I have ever been in and I mean the most absolutely uncomfortable ever.

The most uncomfortable movie seats of any major theater chain I have ever had the misfortune to sit in so anyone with some kind of back problem should avoid these seats at the risk of spending two or three agonizing hours squirming in pain and discomfort.
Ticket machines were down!

The location is great, right in the heart of downtown Toronto. However, that had be a negative thing during peak hours because it gets really busy. It's right beside a Spring Sushi, Jack Astors, Moxies and The Shark Club so it's perfect for a dinner & a movie night out. One night we went the ticket machines were out and there was a huge crowd of people and confusion. That's one of the few negatives.

higher priced VIP theatre - listings don't specify until you get to the theatre
January 23, 2015
Went to go to a movie here, got to the counter and was told the price is $18 or $19 because it was in a 'VIP' theatre. The listings don't specify which movies are playing in a regular theatre and which ones are in a so-called 'VIP' theatre. We decided not to go because that's too much money for a movie, and I don't want to go to a 'VIP' theatre. VIP is just a rip-off. Will not go back here until they separate the listings and make it clear up front which movies are playing in a more expensive theatre. CASH GRAB.
