Ruined our movie experience for pirates of Caribbean because they did not switch the movie from 3d to 2d.

No childrens' special, cheaper movies available during March Break!! What's with that! They are available in most other small cities in Ontario, like Peterborough, Kingston, Barrhaven etc., why. not Belleville? Customer service obviously not a priority at this establishment. Concession prices extremely exorbitant

Sound level: way to loud! In your face! Food: Way too expensive Seat comfort: Not bad, but not exceptional Categories of movies shown: Too much focus is on what millennials or younger might enjoy. How about the older population. By now Fences, Lion, and similar movies would be appreciated. There are never enough good movies for the 50+ population. What gives?

Concession pricing is beyond realistic, not to mention general apathy of servers. Staff is poorly trained, manager lacks empathy with customers, service is poor at best, Better service can be found at Taco Bell in Belleville..... at a much cheaper price!!

Extremely high concession prices. Would like to enjoy some popcorn and a drink with the show but can't afford both the ticket price and the concession prices ....

Can't believe they sell cold popcorn. Very dry and tastes funny. Microwave popcorn is far superior to this copcorn

How come there is no number listing to speak to customer service AT the actual theatre? It is terribly inconvenient to have to literally go in to speak to someone when you live 40 minutes away. I do not need to know movie times or anything like that, I need to speak to them about a lost/found situation. Belleville Cineplex needs to start posting an office or customer service number on their websites!

The manager was so mean a few years ago, my son turned 3 so Me and my husband took him and his older brother to a movie and the manager asked how old he was because we would have to pay more if he was 3. We said his birthday was that day and she made us pay double the price for his ticket because he had just turned 3. Then the other worker who took our ticket said he thought 3 year olds were free and that he couldn't believe she did that on his birthday and didn't even give him free popcorn ( this was the employee )! Now it's his 7th birthday and we wanted to have him and his friends go there (hopefully it will be a better experience as we have gone to other theaters these past few years to avoid this one) and I try to call to get information and there is no way to talk to anyone to ask about details for a birthday party next Saturday morning!!! So Frustrating! and the food is not very good there either from what I remember... and sadly people agree with me... bad managing and bad food :(
