Screen went blank for several minutes while audio was ok. No refund given

Went to this AVX theatre 2 on June 13 at 12:15pm to watch The Mummy. During the movie the screen went black for SEVERALl minutes. Audience members had to go out to notify staff. Someone fixed it and the visual was on again and we continued to watch the movie. After 5 or ten minutes, someone rewound the movie and started to play it exactly at the scene where the visual came back, NOT at the time section where it went blank. I think there is something defective with that section of the film. Having missed several minutes and then rewatching the parts that were shown, that ruined the experience for me. They never even offered anything to compensate the audience. Very cheap of this theatre to rip off its audience with a defective film. I called to let them know what had happened. The Manager Agnes basically gave a "too bad so sad, we don't really care" type of answer. Definitely not going back to this theatre.

After having paid so much for the movie and food, I do NOT want to be subjected to 40 minutes of advertising. Interjecting a game with audience participation does not lessen the insult. A warning should be given to customers who do not want to be bombarded with ads. Sickening, literally!!
Where's the variety

So many good movies playing, but this theater plays the same movie for months & does not show many of other ones. Why not?!!!!
