Disturbance in the theatre
March 29, 2018
Last Tuesday night three friends and I went to see I Can Only Imagine. About 15 minutes before the end of the movie, someone came into the theatre, WITH his dog and proceeded to sit on the steps next to us, louding talking to himself, and interrupting us, while his dog ran around. This was NOT a service dog. How this person got into the theatre, with his large dog, was a mystery to us. We could NOT find an adult to speak to about this after the movie and when I spoke to someone on the phone just now, all he could repeat was "We do everything we can to assist people....." Well, that was no help. There should always be an adult on hand to supervise the many teenagers working there at night and there was nobody on the counter where they take your tickets, when we got out of the movie at 9:00. This is probably how the fellow came into the theatre! We were very disappointed and if this large dog would have jumped on someone that would have been even more upsetting. Thankfully the fellow left after interrupting the movie, after about 15 minutes. They need better supervision at this theatre.
worst popcorn ever

I love, love popcorn and can pratically eat a large without sharing. No matter how full I am I can always eat popcorn. Well went on Jan. 31 ordered a large. threw half of it out as every biteful was unpopped popcorn. I noticed they are taking popcorn from the bottom and either the machine is working properly or this is the way it is. I got a refill- compimentary and that bag was worse. I brought the rest of the bag to find actual kernels. Many bites I could have broken a tooth. Not impressed and machine needs to be looked at.

Most uncomfortable seats in any movie theatre, anywhere
December 08, 2016
Bring a backrest or cushion to support your head because the seats are reclined! If you relax and lean back in the seat you are looking at the ceiling. You actually have to prop something behind you back and neck to comfortably watch the movie. And if you don't have long legs their circulation gets cut off. Honestly, everyone complains about the seats. But unfortunately this theatre is the only game in town.

Great Theatre/Staff but Popcorn WAY TOO SALTY!!!!
January 16, 2016
I really enjoy coming to this new Theatre, it is such a treat compared to the old one. I like the layout and comfort of the seats. Popcorn is WAAAAAY too salty and for what it costs it is frustrating. :-/ I was pretty frustrated when I spent over $7.00 on a bag that I didn't end up eating. Disappointing for that price.
