Great general experience!!!!
Crappiest movie theatre I've ever been to.

Seats are so uncomfortable and cramped. The theatres are always too cold. Prices are so high considering the last upgrade must have been when Titanic sank. Lines are always so long, and staff are so slow and grumpy. Ladies washroom is disgusting, it almost feels more hygienic not to wash hands than to touch the mouldy taps! Pity it's the only movie theatre in town, I guess that's why it's still in business.
Will not go out of my way to watch a movie in this theatre!!!

If it's a Movie I really want to see I will wait until my next visit to Edmonton or until it comes out on video. Is a crappy experience for the money we pay to watch a movie. Screens are old and need to be replaced, seats are uncomfortable and need to be replaced the building has a very unpleasant smell. The whole building needs a makeover even better torn down and give us a new movie theatre. I will say that it has great popcorn and have been known to stop in for just that and go home and watch my own t.v or movie.

Went in on view "Passengers" show on Boxing day. Show at 2:45pm and arrived at 2:30pm. Not many people so it should be easy to get tickets. Kiosks at front door both out of order, nobody manning ticket cash register. Ask customers for direction, told you had to get in concession lineup for tickets? About 20 people inline, 6 cashiers should go quick? Inline 10 minutes and halfway thru concession lineup. Now someone goes to ticket register from concession stand? Rest of cashiers leave concession leaving two people running the show so line slows to a crawl. Finally get tickets from concession at 2:50 pm and proceed to movie already in progress. Please send someone from corporate office to show the local management how to run a movie theatre. Lots of money to be made if you are able to fill seats instead of pissing customers off.
great all round experience

A bit expensive, but the daily specials bring the price into reason. Ie huge popcorn with a free e fill, 2 drinks and a bagged candy plus 2 tickets for $30. Clean, attendants thanked us for coming at the end
Good small town theatre for 75k population.

A pretty decent theatre for a population that is less than 75k. Prices are reasonable for movies and concessions compared to Edmonton or other venues. The staff do their best on the busy nights and I have always been given good service and manners by them.

Movie was enjoyable and seats were comfortable. A group of people were talking a lot through the movie which was distracting. Still, it was a nice evening.
Good movie was a fun add on for football weekend

The movie theater has good options of movies to choose from and has very good popcorn. Afternoon movie before football game was good.
