The program includes excerpts from Russian operas such as A Life for the Tsar (Ivan Susanin) by Glinka, Prince/49577/">Prince Igor by Borodin and Betrothal in a Monastery by Prokofiev.

Excerpts from famous Russian ballets will also be part of the program: The "Appian Way" from Spartacus (Khachaturian) and extracts from Don Quixote (Minkus), Swan Lake (Tchaikovsky), The Golden Century (Shostakovich), The Flames of Paris/36049/">Paris (Asafiev). Opera and ballet excerpts will alternate with projections, video-installations and arias sung by Plácido Domingo, Dmitri Khvorostovski, Natalie Dessay, Angela Gheorghiu, Violeta Urmana.
