The film was a wonderful tribute to the people who gave their lives for their country. They are, although I am sure they never intended to be, every bit as much heroes as those that are fighting for their countries still in Iraq. I hope that their families will find some peace and may we never forget. It could have been any of us.

It felt very real, very sad, very scary. I really felt for the victims. In fact I felt I was on that plane. I was really upset and cried at the end. I left with a heavy heart. Overwhelmed.

The history of our time on film. As most everyone says, it was obvious a lot of thought went into production. Well done, with out over dramatizing the story. What impressed me was the number of younger people, teenagers in the theater. Finally a movie that can reach everyone.

The film was very well done. The actors weren`t famous actors and they did an amazing job and made you really feel the emotions. i thought it was really a good movie.

Just a spellbinding movie... intense, fascinating, mesmerizing. Filming from the perspective of the Traffic Controllers was brilliant. It`s just gripping. One thing I really liked about it was that it never "went over the top" or exploited your emotions -- it is a very emotional experience and shines all the more because no cheap tricks are used. Very intelligently made movie. I wish there were more movies done of this quality.

the truth of what hapend in the plain, is just burried with the victims. but the facts of what happend in real life , is just watch the movie all the way to the end. NON of the actors are great stars. many of the living parts, is played by the names AS THEM SELVES. good work, well done.

This film is based on the people in the air, and on the ground, involved with the fourth hijacked plane on September 11th. Not a film for everyone, it is well thought through, and presented not for sensationalism, but as a genuine attempt to recreate those hours, including the events which preceded them . Tension abounds. There are plenty of heroics. If you can stomach unpleasant reality, you will want to see this film.

Critics are letting the event influence their critique of the film. ThIn my opinion the movie did not do justice to the courage of the real life heroes or the drama of the event.

UNITED 93 IS A AMAZING AND WELL THOUGHT MADE MOVIE. IT PUTS YOU IN THE SEATS AND SHOES OF THE COURAGIOUS VICTIMS OF 9-11. IT TELLS AND SHOWS THE STORY ON HOW ARE FELLOW CITIZENS STOOD UP AND FOUGHT AGAINST THE COLD-HEARTED HI-JACKERS. TO TRY AND TAKE THE PLANE BACK INTO THEIR OWN HANDS.

i personally think that it was too soon to show this movie especially from the view of the passengers of the plane, that if they had missed the flight they could have survived, it was just too depressing. A movie like "World Trade Center" with nic cage is going to be a good movie in my opinion since it shows a story about COURAGE, AND SURVIVAL. and for those who think this is for making money, I thought that too but they announced that i think 20% will go to the families of victims.

continuous propaganda that is disrespectful to the memory of those who died in that flight. The last few moments of their lives were turned into another Hollywood Tale to prop of the idea of "american pride". Very sad... watch "Flight 93" instead.

I felt that the movie was slow... who wants to watch an hour of air traffic controllers looking for dots!? There wasn`t enough of what went on in the plane. The camera made me dizzy. It was a poor dramatization, the ones on Oprah or any other talk show are better. Although i mus admit it did bring a tear to my eye, and imformed me of what went on, on September 11th, if anyoen wants to see it wait to rent it.

I may mean disrespect to America but most definately not any to the victims of 9/11. However, making money from a movie based on a recent tragedy is like taking the watch from a dying man on the street. This movie, although well done, is too soon. There are so many real world issues that America is part of or instigating, I assure you the iraqi death toll since the beginning of that illegal war dwarfs victims of 9/11. I also ask you to take a look at somalia and the civil war america is feeding all for the sake of "counter terrorism" nevermind the lives of civilians.

Just ignore the negative comments of the superior feeling "intelligentsia" on this site, who themselves wouldn`t be able to properly frame a family vacation picture, but forever sound as though they know everything about every aspect of film making. Folks, there`s nothing wrong with this movie. It`s well-filmed, well-acted and well-directed. Go see it.

Im sorry but i see REVIEWS where people are criticizing that movie is not well done or what so ever. Movie`s aim is to bring the drama that took place in the plane and it delivers. Very emotional as well as tense movie. a very sad movie indeed, i dont want to lie but i did cry. Touched my heart. God bless all united 93 passennger and crew members, and salutes to their courage.

Woah... I think I was in Grade 4 when 9/11 happened. I think that looking back, though I am a very apt child, I couldn`t register just what it meant. United 93 tells the story of the plane that I didn`t watch the news long enough to hear about, a story of real heroes in real trouble, and it tells the story of of the one plane who brought 9/11 home for me.. <3

was an amazing movie a must see. Shows you the real story behind 9/11. It keeps you thinking about how many INNOCENT lives were taken, and the confusion and mistakes that happened through the chain of command.

I thought it was a good idea. But a poor effort and wasn`t put together well. The camera work was horrible, reminded me of the blair witch project. I wouldn`t recomend watching it on the big screen, wait till it comes out on DVD and rent it.

It was the most intense film I have ever seen. Especially the hijacking of flight 93 to the takeover of the cockpit at the end.

This is a rare and almost uniquely valuable work that cannot be classified as anything that is any other type of Hollywood genre. It is about as true to the truth of a shocking,jarring experience that any movie can be without moving to either to a prejudice or demonization of a terrorist or ethnic group or to parrading or providing a pedestal for American virtues or a forum to demonstrate the participants suffering when these virtues and freedoms are so senselessly attacked. This is a finely balanced depiction of how normal everyday people respond to an unfolding threat by averting a greater tragedy and the suffering of others than the threat

this was a very good movie , but you have to make sure you are ready to see it , if you are not sure DON"T go . but if you are ready and is willing to view it as a real event that happend , go and enjoy . The acting was good .the one in my openion whose acting was very remarkable was the dude playing ziad the highjaker , khalid i think his name . very vvveerryyy good actor . my heart goes out to the families and friends of anyone involved in such a tragedy .

Amazing adaptation of what happened. Doesn`t try to single anyone as a hero. For the person who wondered how the terrorists were able to fly these planes, well, I remember reading at the time that the ones who flew the planes were in the States for years and enrolled at flight schools until they were good enough to be able to do what they did. They`d been planning this for years, and lived in normal neighborhoods, went to barbecues, made friends, went to bars and pretended to live basically a normal American lifestyle.

This is a terrible movie. Do not waste you time or money watching this. The acting was horrible, the characterization was cold and lifeless, the cinematography was atrocious (think Blair Witch Project), and the pacing was disgusting. It is an insult to the real participants of 9/11 that this film was made to be such a sub par effort. The essence of a movie is nowhere to be found, it instead is transformed into watching a 2 hour newscast, if this is what people want to see they are better off watching genuine news footage of 9/11. The movie was well put together, great acting and all but who knows if that`s what really happened. I mean how were these terorists able to be trained and figure out and how to turn a plane around and directly hit the towers and other targets. How did they learn the coordinates and all that technical stuff to a tee under all that pressure ???
