Good movie. Lots of action without the usual sex, and bad language.

Story is shit, acting is shit, sound and volume is shit, comedy is shit, overall, this is complete shit. This movie reminds me of shitty John carter! I would go into more detail why this movie is shit, but I don't want to waste too much time in my life talking about this pile of shit!

We as movie goers are to be overwhelmed by noise, noise, and more noise. Boring..,Dialogue almost non-existent, and hard to hear. FX spectacular, but too pervasive. Remove the FX and noise ,you have little character development, and story. If each actor had a page and a half of dialogue I'd be surprised. Movie seems designed as a 4 page comic book all pictures no substance, all for $20.00. Movie makers, we are not dummies out here..........no wonder there are publicTV stations out there producing substance. We want good stories ,engaging thoughtful plots, and FX that fits in ,not overwhelms the story.

This movie would have been so much more enjoyable if you could hear it. The volume was low to begin with and then half of the characters in the movie were whispering or talking very low and you had to strain to hear. My hearing is excellent and I had trouble hearing it. My husband's hearing is slightly diminished and he heard practically nothing except when the people were yelling. We would really enjoy seeing it again with volume this time.

This movie was a very enjoyable night out. The characters were diverse, the effects were awesome, lots of great action and I loved the strong female lead presence that Mila gave. Eddie Redmayne is just amazing and the storyline was different with the genetics being what set her apart rather than being born into a rich family for a change. Channing Tatum was believable in the action movie role and his relationship with Sean Bean's character made him even more likeable. I think people are just being too hard on this movie

Have gone to see it twice, it is jam packed with all kinds of goodies. Humour, innuendo, great story line, heroes and heroine. The gowns are awesome, the sets and the visual effects are the best. They should get the Oscar next year for visual effects at least.

WORST MOVIE OF THE YEAR! Embarrassingly bad acting and crap dialogue. Eddie Redmayne will win Best Actor Oscar for The Theory of Everything, and should win a Razzie for Worst Actor for this! There were moments so bad the audience collectively GROANED. Visually good effects, but who cares when the story is so insultingly bad?

Embarassingly bad - special effects ok but overwhelming, while the story was cliche, the dialogue laughable, and the acting either overdone or bland. The directors, the Wachofski Brothers of Matrix fame, made another Matrix III full of special effects and other worlds with a ludicrous story at the center. Could have been good, but is terribly, terribly bad. Audience actually GROANED at a few points!!!

I cannot remember the last movie I walked out on. I even sat through Green Lantern till the end! I walked out on Jupiter Ascending after 20 minutes. The trailer looked kind of cool, and how could the Wachowski name go wrong? The acting in this movie is embarrassing, the villains were over the top cliched. Please do not waste your precious time on this movie. Luckily, I got in to see the Theory of Everything for my ticket price.

The silliest movie I've seen in a while and I'm not sure the Wachowskis intended it as such. The dialogue was ridiculous, the acting poor at best (excluding Sean Bean, he was good as always) and even the characters were laughable. There was a character that was a splice of human and elephant and every time he was ordered to attack or shoot he trumpeted his very small trunk. Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis' good looks couldn't even save this film because I was so distracted by his horrible makeup of bleached hair, pointy ears and fangs. I only spent $7 to see it and that was too much.
