The star of the official teaser trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is Baby Groot.
As the trailer opens, we see Rocket Raccoon (voice of Bradley Cooper) tell Groot (voice of Vin Diesel) the following: "The fate of the universe lies on your shoulders. Now whatever you do, don't push this button." He's instructing Groot on when the appropriate time is to detonate a nuclear device. His efforts, however, fall on deaf ears. Groot shows no signs of understanding.
The trailer continues to Sweet's 1974 hit track "Fox on the Run" and features Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Drax (Dave Bautista) back in action. A giant worm/slug-type creature is showcased in a gruesome fashion, and several bright space crafts are depicted darting through the galaxy.
