The action-packed trailer for The Fate of the Furious starts off as it always should — with a tricked-out car savagely smashing through a concrete wall during an epic high-speed chase. Dominic (Vin Diesel) gears up alongside Tej (Ludacris), Roman (Tyrese Gibson), Luke (Dwayne Johnson), and Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) as they attempt to outrun military gunfire. With Letty, Tej, and Roman bickering the entire ride, the team enters what Dominic calls "Phase 2" of the operation. "Phase 2?! What's Phase 2?!" Roman frantically asks, just as a massive wrecking ball comes down upon the pursuant vehicles. But as they begin to celebrate their escape, Dominic unceremoniously smashes his car into Luke's, revealing he has been turned by a master criminal named Cipher (Charlize Theron).
