Though they're all strangers, nine tenants in a New York high rise apartment hide out together in the building's basement to escape a nuclear attack.
After days in the bunker-like area without any daylight and with their supplies running out, members of the group begin to physically turn on each other, comitting depraved psychosexual acts of torment.
