One of the benefits of Robert Pelage's job as a concierge at a casting agency is mingling with his favorite actresses: Solange Duvivier, the star of stars, Isabelle Séréna, the voluptuous vamp, and Violet Duval, a promising beginner. As an avid fan, it's the perfect job for him—until the day he exceeds the limits and gets involved in their private lives.

Consequently, they make Robert's a living hell: he loses his job, his daughter gets distant and his ex refuses to take him back. Taken aback by how much damage they've caused, the three actresses make an effort to put the pieces of his life back together.
