In a neighborhood of Nazareth, a man is stabbed when he tries to intervene between neighbors who are quarrelling. His son, a Palestinian who lives in Jerusalem is trying to have a relationship a young woman of Ramallah, while his sick father is dying in a hospital. Because of the tense political situation, the young couple’s meetings are limited to the deserted parking lot of an Israeli checkpoint located between the two cities.
