Documentary filmmaker Boris Despodov delivers this tragic-comic travelogue exploring the European Union's plan for a travel route originally envisioned as a way to bring together 926 kilometers of Europe.

While the ambitious infrastructure had yet to be completed at the time of filming, Despodov didn't let that prevent him from traveling the route and gathering public opinion about the project anyway. Along the way, the man behind the camera discovers just how difficult it can be to bridge the gap between old, uncomfortable neighbors.
