Beau bon pas cher

Expérience en général bien. Le seul ''hic'' les sièges sont hyper inconfortable manque de coussin... Mais pour le prix l'image à la dernière technologie très claire et le cinéma pas très occupé donc pas de dérangement !

English titles advertised but they only show movies in french.

August 10, 2013

They should at least putVF after the english title to let you know it is in french. Example: The Smurfs 2 (VF). Or translate the title: Les Smurfs 2. Otherwise the theatre is alright.

Very bad customer service

August 15, 2018

I have been a long time customer of cinestatz core des neiges and have always been pretty satisfied with the service. However, i will never set foot in the langelier one because if the way i was treated. I was about to pay gor my tickets when the cashier told me to throw away the half of a bar of chocolate i had in my bag otherwise she wooildn’t sell me the tickets. I then told her that i have to keep some sugar with me at all time because i’m diabetic. She then replied that i had to show a prescription... i explained to her that when you go buy your medication you have to hand in the prescription to ghe pharmacist in order to get your meds and i then showed her my insuline and injecting pens. She started giving me attitude saying that she knows jow prescriptions work because she had lupus... clearly not... she started dismissing me and shouted if i wanted the tickets or not, i said yes but i said that ahe wasn’t very nice person for acting this way. She flipped and decided to not give me the tickets and started to serve the next person behind me while i was still in front of her. I asked her again to give me the tickets as the movie had already started but she ignored me. I asked to talk to the supervisor and she then looked at me and said she was with a smile. I went on the side of the cash register to wait goe her to sell me the tickets but she then proceeded to call the police for this!!! I never insulted her nor screamed, i don’t understand how people like that exist...

Bad experience

March 07, 2016

No surveillance. 5 kids non accompanied to see «Spotlight» on a Friday at 5pm??? Running up and down the walkways . Then 4 teenagers moved in the last row. They were not interested in the movie but just «hanging out», talking, laughing, finally left... peace at last! But no - they returned after 5 minutes - probably went smoking pot ... Makes me wonder why I paid for a ticket (no one in the booth to sell tickets - you have to go to the food counter) - pretty sure they did not. As for the general look of it all: Dirty dirty floors - no wonder it's cheap!
